So…..As of May 2016 I started doing PiYo from BeachBody. This is my first program an I love it!! The calendar tells me what workout I’m doing each day. I’m on day 14 and its working me!! Just did Buns today and WOW my legs were shaking. I took my two weeks pictures today but haven’t looked yet to see if there is any difference. I will post soon, till then goodnite!
Ok, so have you ever been going about your day and think “Seriously?? Am I the only one doing this/having this problem/feeling like this?” Well I’m here to put your mind at ease and show you my crazy life so that you can feel better about yours!!
